Onion chips vacuum fryer
The jackfruit chips were produced by frying the fruit in a vacuum frying machine. Seeds were taken out of the flesh and then cut into suitable sizes to be fried. No additives or sugar is added during the process. The oil that is used is refined palm oil. Hence, the sweetness of the chips comes from the fruit itself.
